What this covers
Only what you send through this inquiry form. Once we're working together under a contract, that engagement is governed by the agreement we sign.
What we collect
Just what you type in: your contact and organization details, what's happening in your organization, the services you're interested in, your timeline, budget range and readiness, your capacity self-assessment, and anything you tell us about accessibility. We also record the date and time and generate a reference number so we can find your inquiry again.
What stays on your device
While you're filling this in, your answers are saved in this browser so a half-finished form isn't lost if you close the tab. That copy never leaves your device, clears itself a day after you last touched it, and is removed the moment you submit. On a shared computer you can wipe it yourself with the “Discard the saved draft” link at the top of the form.
What we don't collect
This form sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising trackers. We don't follow you around the web, and we don't buy information about you from anyone else.
Why we use it
To understand what you need, recommend a service and engagement structure, match your project to the right OWL or Parliament expertise, and reply to you. That's it.
Who can see it
OWL team members involved in reviewing inquiries. If a Parliament consultant is being considered for your work, they may see it too, so they can tell us whether it's a fit. Two service providers process it on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts this form, and Google Workspace, where the responses are stored. Both operate on servers in the United States.
How long we keep it
Six months from the day you submit, then we delete it. If we go on to work together, the relevant details move into your engagement record and are kept under that contract instead.
What we never do
We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we never use it for advertising. We will not name your organization publicly unless you tell us we may, in the question above.
What not to send us here
Please keep passwords, participant or client records, medical information, financial account numbers, and government ID numbers out of this form. If that kind of information matters to the work, just say so and we'll set up a secure way to share it.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before the six months are up. Email admin@odenkyemwade.info with your reference number and we'll confirm within 72 hours.
